-20527760 2006-09-25 Scott Miller was on site to remediate the tank battery spill. He removed and replaced the impacted stone. The contaminated material is being landfarmed by CGAS. 9-1-07
1159201598 2006-09-20 I received a call from CGAS reporting an oil spill in the tank battery. The timer failed and the stock tank overflowed. The estimated loss was 4 bbls. The affected area was inside of the containment dike. When I arrived on location, CGAS had already vacuumed free oil and spread peatsorb inside of the dike. I spoke with Mitch Fitch and requested that they remove and dispose (or landfarm) the impacted gravel and soil. 9-1-07
895317306 2006-10-19 The spill has been remediated and the violation is corrected. 9-1-07
