-53095725 2013-09-17 I inspected drilling operations today. Kilbarger rig #5 drilling on fluid during inspection. Depth was approximately 200 feet. The permit was displayed and pits were lined. No violations.
-846806338 2013-09-20 I witnessed the cementing of the 4.5" production casing on Kilbarger rig #5 for Knox Energy. Tim Mitton was on location for Knox Energy. Petroset Cementing was contracted to cement the casing. During the job the 4" rubber wiper plug locked up with 7 barrels of displacement to go which was estimated approximately 400 feet short of latch down. Knox Energy informed me they will drill out cement left in casing.
1384818130 2013-10-25 This inspection was conducted as a preliminary restoration status check. The well was equipped with a pumping unit and motor. It was not pumping. The pits were still open. The drilling rig and equipment have been removed. No violations during inspection.
1408537308 2014-08-19 This inspection was conducted as a preliminary restoration status check. The well was pumping during inspection. Top soil has been graded back on the location. The tank have been removed. Restoration will be complete when good vegetative growth is established.
141588524 2013-10-21 I was on location to witness a frac job today for Knox Energy. I was accompanied by geologists Mallory Stanton and Kenny Brown. Producers Service Corp. was contracted for the frac job. Refer to report for details.
1656725784 2013-09-18 I witnessed the cementing of the 8" surface casing on Kilbarger rig #5 for Knox Energy. Bill Mitton was on location. Petroset Cementing contracted to cement the casing. Petroset Cementing broke circulation and cement returned to surface. Cement stayed. No cement basket. Plug down at 10:30 AM.
716283283 2014-05-27 This inspection was conducted as a preliminary restoration status check. The well was pumping during inspection. The pits have been closed. Frac tanks were on location. The top soil has not been graded back. Identification was posted at the tank battery. The tank battery consists of (1) 210 barrel tank and (1) 100 barrel tank inside an earthen dike. Preliminary restoration is not complete.
