1174323052 2007-03-12 The Uniontown office received a call from John Wanacheck at 3514 Summit Road in Ravenna Township (330-281-7200) reporting an oil spill at the tank battery associated with this well. It appears that the brine vault was overfilled and resulted in free oil around the stock tank and the separator. The impact was confined to those two areas. I contacted Wade Pol and Alane King and asked that the spill be remediated, the secondary containment dike be rebuilt and the required ID posted. 9-1-07
