1395241295 2014-03-19 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. A domestic gas line came off the 4.5" casing. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 30 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The dike was slightly weathered; however, it meets containment requirements. An identification sign was staked into the berm of the dike. The information on the identification sign was highly faded. There was a bull plug on the load line. The lease road was in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. I called Dustin Energy and instructed the owner to fix the identification sign. Bill stated the information would be corrected immediately.
