Appalachian Surveys ran a Gamma Ray survey to correlate with existing log. They then ran in two perf guns setting 1/8" HCG's from 5936'-5926' and from 5879'-5889'. The pay zone is the Black River.
495905773 2013-01-28 Well is a producing well with a gas plunger lift system (Rabbit well). There is a 8.625well head, 4.5 casing head , 2.375 tubing head and tubing valves are open. There is a steel 210 barrel tank. Dike and identification are in place. Well is in compliance with 1509.
