1340278951 2012-06-21 Inspection of the well head found the following equipment -4.5 production casing & 2.375 tubing with the production valves open and the well being produced by the means of a plunger lift system . A 100 barrel tank and separator are located on site near the well head and will need the dike brought up to SPCC code and proper well identification put in place .
1344612782 2012-08-10 My inspection today finds the well head equipped with 4.5" casing and 2.375" tubing with a plunger lift system. Other equipment on the site includes a meter, a separator, and a 100bbl tank. The tank does not have a dike and does not have the proper identification.
