1060804169 2003-08-12 Case # 03-001 ww, Lenny Saylor waterwell complaint. Arrived at residence with OEPA Kurt Kollar, MEMA, Buck Adams, and Norburt Lowder. I removed the cap from the 5" steel casing and tested for gas and the readings are 0% lel. The Saylors hve been complaining of gas in their waterwell for the past week. The fire department has responded twice and found no exsplosive readings in the well. Notified Clark Scheerens of findings and he and Dave Hodges advised not to run analysis on water samples untill more evidence of oil field related problems. I advised Saylors to monitor well for a few days to see if gas returns and call me. If I am in the area I will monitor well with gas scope.
