1373309782 2013-07-08 The producing unit consists of a an above-ground storage tank (AST) battery with 2 140-barrel steel production tanks, and 1 50-barrel steel brine tank, a mechanical separator, and metering run. Identification is present. There is an earthen secondary containment which is in good condition. The load-outs are bull-plugged. Safety equipment is present. The wellhead is located 50 feet north of the battery. The wellhead consists of a pumpjack system and associated valve-tree. There is earthen secondary containment at the wellhead as well. The wellhead and battery are in separate board-on-board enclosures which are locked. There is a separate indirect-fire heater located 50 feet from the wellhead in a chain-link enclosure. The lease road is primarily shared with the residential driveway. A small dedicated portion is paved with mixed, coarse limestone aggregate. I did not observe any problems or violations. Preliminary restoration passes.
