188892893 2007-03-26 The Uniontown office received a call from Joseph Giovanelli at 1230 Crackel Road in Aurora (440-823-9248) reporting a possible impact to his water well from a leaking Great Lakes sales line on the east side of his property. The line was being repaired the day before he noticed a sheen on his morning coffee. A visual inspection of the water collected from an untreated faucet indicated a reddish discoloration, but no sheen. A low range Quantab indicate a chloride content of 30 ppm. I asked Mr. Giovanelli to call me if the problem occurs again, but that it did not appear to be associated with the oil/gas well.
