-1154417613 2012-12-26 I was on site to witness the cementing of the 9 5/8" intermediate casing. My inspection revealed that Yost Drilling Rig # 6 has drilled a 12 1/4" hole to a total depth of 2055'. They ran 2041' of (40# per foot) 9 5/8" casing. They installed 13 bowspring centralizers on the casing string , on joints 1,3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30,33,36. O-TEX cemented the casing with 750 sacks of Class "H" cement with 10% NaCl; .27% Cello-Flake; 4/10% C-41P (powder defoamer) , and 1/10% C35 (dispersant). The cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.24 cubic feet per sack , and they used 5.48 gallons of mix water per sack. They pumped 165.63 barrels of cement slurry and then displaced the plug with 149 barrels of freshwater. There was good circulation throughout the job and there was 12 barrels of cement circulated to surface. They bumped the plug at 08:00am with 1029 PSI and went right into the casing test with 1465 PSI. Casing test approved. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. NOTE: Rig had trouble with the last joint of casing going into the wellbore. The rig had to finish loading the hole with freshwater and break circulation. They circulated on the casing and it finally went down the wellbore enough to land the casing in the wellhead. The rig also had trouble screwing the cement head into the collar on the last joint of casing. They got a second collar ready in case there were problems with the collar and cement head while they were cementing the casing. There were no incidents with the collar and cement head while cementing the casing. I arrived on location at 9:00pm on 12/26/2012 and departed location on 12/27/2012 at 9:00am.
1342569071 2012-07-17 I was on site to check the status of Express Energy Services rathole rig. My inspection revealed that they had drilled the hole for and set the tin horn (cellar). They have installed a safety cover over the tin horn to prevent somebody from falling into the hole. They have not started drilling the conductor hole at this time. I spoke with one of Express Energy's employees and he advised me that they should start drilling the conductor hole tomorrow morning.
1342782724 2012-07-19 I was on site to witness the cementing of the 20" conductor pipe. My inspection revealed that Express Energy Services has drilled a 26" hole to a depth of 110' and ran 110' of 20" conductor pipe into the wellbore. Allied Oil & Gas Services cemented the casing with 252 sacks of Class "A" cement with 2% CaCl and .25 pound per sack Floseal (15.6 pound per gallon density and a yield of 1.2 cubic feet per sack) . The wellbore had good circulation throughout the entire job and approximately 15 barrels of cement was circulated to surface.
1342787253 2012-07-17 I was on site to check the status of Express Energy Services rathole rig. My inspection revealed that they have the tin horn (cellar) set but haven't started the 26" conductor hole yet. The driller advised me that after they finish drilling the Colescott 3H later today, they will move the rig over to this well and start drilling the 26" conductor hole tomorrow morning.
2098843466 2012-06-27 I was on site to check the status of the well construction. My inspection revealed that the contractor is working on the lease road and the well site. The GPS co-ordinates of the lease road are LAT:40:45306 and LONG: 081.01127. All the erosion and sedimentation controls have been installed and are functional.
