1340124106 2012-06-29 Inspector Roush was contacted by Mitch Boulton ( a building contractor ) inorder to determine offset distances for a proposed garage. Inspector Roush advised Mr. Boulton that while the location of proposed structure met with the state's rules for such offset distances he should contact Dominion/EOG as to any lease restrictions which might apply. While on location Inspector Roush conducted a site inspection and found that not any violations existed.
1341322200 2012-06-29 Inspector Roush was contacted By Mitch Boulton ( a building contractor ) as to the rules regarding offset distance for structures adjacent to oil and gas operations. Inspector Roush conducted an onsite inspection in order to determine compliance with the regulations. After determining that the proposed structure was in compliance Roush advised Mr. Moulton that he should contact Dominion/EOG in order to determine if any lease restrictions would prevent such a structure. While onsite an inspection was conducted and determined that violations were not present at this time.
