1017563449 2012-05-17 My inspection of this well site found that the service rig tagged the cement top of the first plug at 2350 feet with wash over tools.
1286768796 2012-06-12 My inspection of this well site found no violations. The service rig operator stopped milling at 2513 feet and was tripping out of the well.
1315646298 2012-05-30 My inspection of this well site found the service rig shot-off the 1.5 inch tubing at 2400 feet.
1339520906 2012-05-09 A bottom hole plug was pumped down the 4-1/2 inch casing. The 25 sack plug could not be displaced to the bottom of the well. The service rig was unable to pull the 1.5 inch tubing. Then a 40 sack cement plug was pumped through the tubing and displaced to the perforations. The plugging operation was postponed until an adequate amount of the obstructed casing can be removed from the borehole.
1339682535 2012-06-13 I witnessed the completion of plug-back operations. The 4-1/2 inch production casing was ripped at 2371 feet. Tubing was ran down to 2675 feet on the outside of the 4-1/2 inch casing. A total of 110 sacks of cement was pumped in two stages and displaced to 2175 feet.
