-484031851 2012-07-23 On 7/23/2012, I completed an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well was a plunger lift unit (rabbit) surrounded by a chain link fence that was in good conditions and located southeast of the tank battery, next to the Middle School. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil storage tank, with the proper identification posted, one 50 barrel brine storage tank and a separator, surrounded by a chain link fence. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was in good condition, there are no violations at this time.
