1054556821 2003-05-19 The pollution and identification violations have been corrected.
1271531477 2006-01-10 Status check inspection - no violations at this time.
19216181 2003-03-14 Status check inspection of the common tank battery for the Doering well and the 3G well (P-2288) - the north end of the tank battery is in deplorable condition. The 210 bbl stock tank had numerous holes ranging from pinholes to the size of baseballs and was leaking crude oil. Sorbent pads had been placed throughout the north end of the tank battery. The spill had not been reported to MRM. I contacted the pumper, Dan Long (330-866-3558 or 330-495-3429) and told him to 1) shut the well in until the tank is replaced, 2) empty the 210 to prevent further impact, 3) remediate the spill which to this point was contained in the dike, 4) reset the separator and 5) properly ID the wellhead. The site will be checked for compliance on a regular basis. 9-1-07
