-2027184153 2014-01-29 My inspection found the proper identification sign posted at a shared tank battery with permit number 2-1599 per my request.
479027641 2014-01-15 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit and three domestic gas lines. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 75 barrel brine tank, and a vertical separator. The dike was slightly weathered; however, it meets containment requirements. There was a plug on the load line. The proper identification sign was posted at the well, but the identification sign at the tank battery had the previous owner. The lease road was in good condition. I talked to the well tender for Ohio Valley. The well tender stated the well was being produced into another tank battery and a new identification sign would be posted. Also, he stated Ohio Valley was going to remove all of the production equipment.
