1657472222 2009-03-26 An inspection revealed that a steel flowline from this well had evidently leaked at one time. The line was not leaking at the time of the inspection. The impacted area was approximately 10' x 100' and found in the woods down over a hill. The contamination and pollution consisted of old oil (parrafin observed) mixed in with a ground cover of mostly leaves. The identification placed at the well contains the wrong permit number and has faded (common tank battery). The dike walls for the tank battery will need to be built back up. Note: Rainfall event at time of the inspection. The pumper states that the line had leaked and was repaired before he ever started working for company, a few years ago. He states that it just was never cleaned up. Further stating that they are talking about re-routing the steel flowline and agrees to address earthen dike. 9-1-07
