-483272655 | 2014-06-09 | Inspected production well on 06/09/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-2,100 gal plastic tank, and drip located within an earthen dike. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. A gas leak could be heard/smelled from the connections on the left side of the wellhead. Well identification is clearly displayed at the wellhead. Mr. Kraus was notified of the gas leak and arrived on location within 10 minutes to assess the situation and make repairs. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection. | ||||
