-1491997932 2014-06-05 I am accompanied by supervisor Brent Bear today. My inspection finds the pit has been filled and the location has been graded; however, the vegetation is too sparse to properly bind the soil and prevent erosion at this time. The well site does not yet meet the final restoration requirements of 1509.072.
-1969671107 2014-03-25 My inspection today finds the rods and wire line knife have become stuck in the well. The service rig pulled the rods in two at the surface. They are digging down thirty feet in order to cut the well off and retrieve the knife.
-610235342 2014-03-18 I received a call from MFC Drilling stating that they were preparing to move in and plug the well. They wanted to provide 24 hour notice.
-847337211 2014-03-28 Cemenco spotted a 90 sk plug through the 2" tubing from bottom to surface. I instructed the company to reclaim the site in accordance with 1509.072.
1395669025 2014-03-24 My inspection today finds the service rig attempted to pull the tubing tools out of the hole. The rig crew ran a wire line knife, the knife would only go to a depth of 44'.
