-1351024812 2012-09-11 At the time of my inspection the wellbore had collapsed and nearly 20' of the hole was lost based on the depth from the day before. After several attempts to get through the obstruction the decision was made to wait a few days and allow Eugene Chini to visit the site and help make a determination as to how to proceed.
-1775613625 2012-09-25 At the time of my inspection the site has been plowed over for farm use. Final Restoration Passed.
-543528065 2012-09-10 At the time of my inspection, cleanout operations had begun on the well using a cable tool rig with a 5.5" bit. The integrity of the 6" surface casing been compromised and fresh water has filled the wellbore since the mid 60's according to the landowner. The first obstruction was encountered at 580' with several other "bridges" encountered till 720' where a solid clay and gravel bridge was encountered. Parts of the wellbore were caving in during drilling and bailing. After several attempts to remove the obstruction the decision was made to stop drilling and allow well to settle till the next day to see how much of the hole caves in.
1236698757 2012-09-20 At the time of my inspection I was on site for Stage 2 of the plugging of the well. See Plug Report for details.
1348507412 2012-09-19 At the time of my inspection I was on site for Stage 1 of the plugging of the well. See Plug Report for details.
1742085102 2012-09-13 At the time of my inspection I was on site with Orphan Well Director Eugene Chini to discuss options for plugging the well with the operator. There is still no gas or oil in the wellbore so based on that, and the fear of losing tools on the hole, the decision was made to plug the well at the current depth of 720'. Cement was unavailable on this day so the well will be plugged a soon as cement is available, pending the weather.
1755156182 2010-03-09 Well located in farm field with open 6 and 8 inch casing. Fluid in well. Rods and tubing removed from well in 1960's according to landowner.
1933229271 2012-09-17 At the time of my inspection there was no activity on site.
