| -543528065 | 2012-09-10 | At the time of my inspection, cleanout operations had begun on the well using a cable tool rig with a 5.5" bit. The integrity of the 6" surface casing been compromised and fresh water has filled the wellbore since the mid 60's according to the landowner. The first obstruction was encountered at 580' with several other "bridges" encountered till 720' where a solid clay and gravel bridge was encountered. Parts of the wellbore were caving in during drilling and bailing. After several attempts to remove the obstruction the decision was made to stop drilling and allow well to settle till the next day to see how much of the hole caves in. | ||||
