1689908997 2013-02-20 My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank. It had a plug on the load line. The heat treated separator had the correct spacing and contained a 7 day production chart. The proper identification sign was posted. The proper dike was around both the tank and separator. The lease road was in good condition with a open gate at the entrance. The production records were up to date on our database. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
