153016223 2014-03-25 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. There was a domestic gas line coming off the 4.5" casing. The tank battery consisted of a short, 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The dike met containment requirements. Identification signs were posted on the well and the tank battery. Safety equipment was properly installed on the production tank. There was a 7 day production chart on the sale line at the separator. There are locked board-on-board fences surrounding the production equipment and well. The lease road was in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
