1394717077 2014-03-13 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a 2" Concoyl Unit with a digital meter and dump valve. The tank battery consisted of two, 210 barrel production tanks and a separator. The dike was weathered and not capable of meeting containment requirements. The tank battery slopped slightly to the east near a ditch. The identification sign was faded and unreadable. A chain link fence surrounded the production equipment with the gate off the hinges and leaning again the fence. The lease road was in stable condition and shared by permit number 2-3175. I called Northwood Energy and instructed the supervisor to build a new dike and replace the faded identification sign. The supervisor state the identification sign would be addressed immediately and a new dike would be built once the weather breaks.
