-152860661 2013-07-12 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The annulus valve is open to a pop off valve. The well and tank battery are in good repair and surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of two 100 BBL production tanks, two 50 BBL poly brine tanks, and two mehanical separators. The production tanks are vented through two 5 gallon charcoal filters and up into spark arrestors. The proper identification is located on the well and the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The tank battery and lease road are being shared by permit number 2-1904.
-1812014112 2008-12-30 Tank battery needs spark arrestors installed, charcoal filters installed and a 2nd door. Two wells are produced into one battery. Called Warren from JR Smail, requested work to be completed. Warren stated they have equipment it will be installed Wednesday.
-993450519 2008-12-29 No spark arrestors on tank battery, no charcoal filters installed. No landscaping, installed. Locks unlocked on tank battery. Called Warren informed him of work that needs completed.
1187011302 2007-08-13 On site to renew permit. No change from last pre-site, site okay to renew.
1187809659 2007-08-21 On site for surface job. Site has had heavy rains for the past three days. Operator has constructed a berm on the down slope side of the site to contain drainage. During drilling of surface hole, operator had trouble maintaining circulation. Operator used drill mud, cell flake and cotton seed hauls. Operator was drilling without a conductor set, hole size that they were drilling was 11 inch. Operator tripped out, changed to drilling with a 17.75 inch bit to set conductor pipe. Once operator changed over to a larger bit they were able to maintain circulation. (this is per Roy Poulson's accounts.) Operator set 115 feet of 11.75 set. 234 feet of 8 and 5/8 set with a landing joint, 226 feet actual. Pipe set open ended. Good return on cement. Cement returned up the back side of the conductor pipe and threw the conductor pipe.
