The pollution and contamination inside the tank battery SPCC dike has been cleaned up and new stone placed inside the dike . The SPCC dike has been reconstructed to meet the SPCC requirements . All violations have been corrected at this time . Case RESOLVED at this time .
93377304 2006-02-24 Inspection revealed that there are several small leaks in the oil storage tank app. 2/3 of the way up the tank . The biggest hole has a stick stuck in it to try to prevent it from leaking . The other spots look like rust bubbles and they are leaking (weeping) oil . There is pollution and contamination inside the tank battery SPCC dike ; less than 5 gallons of free oil . The rest of the pollution and contamination is black stained stone and dirt inside the dike . The tank battery consists of one 210 bbl oil storage tank . 9-9-05(A)1
