1890766 2010-06-03 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was drilled, tagged, and in production. Acess road was stable. Site was mostly rocked; therefore, it appears that <70% vegetative growth was NOT established due to mainly rock restoration technique surrounding well. Noted, areas around well (field) do exhibit restorative growth. Temporary bmp﾿s (filter fence) have not yet been removed, it is recommended that operator remove filter fence from area surrounding site. It appears site is restored and no accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were observed. Although it is recommended that operator continue to monitor the site to ensure E&S issues do no develop.
