Site will be reworking a previously built pad and well and expanding it. Currently no disturbance was within 100 feet of the wetlands. Proper BMPs should be installed and maintain to protect the wetland area from all erosion and sedimentation.

Patterson-UTI Rig 480 was on site. Jack Deuitt and Dave Sheffield were the company men. Impoundment construction was complete. Site pad was rutted and very muddy. Company men stated that new stone would be installed after rig skid. BMPs were in place. Drill pit was installed and sound. One side of pit was near capacity (but within freeboard limits) with fluid. Company men were notified. No violations noted at this time.

Rig had completed drilling and was removed from site. Pits were being dewatered and were scheduled fro removeal early next week. Access road and site were stable. E&S controls were in place and functioning properly. No violations noted at this time.

The fresh water impoundment had greater than 2 feet of freeboard. The flow back impoundment had greater than 2 feet of freeboard. The 4 wells were properely marked. No E&S issues were on site. There is not any citize complaints against this site.
