During inspection, the well tag was present. The well was completed with 13" flange well assembly retrofitted with 7 gate valves. No production equipment located on-site. The status of the valves were located in the off position. No signs of gas leakage occuring around the well. At the time of the inspection, no E&S issues with well site.
