1892335 2010-06-04 No Violations Noted On June 4th, 2010, I visited this site as a routine inspection. The well was in production. Drilling was completed 03/13/2009. A well tag was present. The access road was in good condition and the site was well vegetated. No spills, leaks, or accelerated erosion were observed at the time of inspection.
