| 1802932 | 2009-06-04 | No Violations Noted | Based on file records, well was completed on 3/15/84 to a depth of 8,983 ft. from grade and maintains an active permit status. During inspection, the proper well tag was present. The well was completed with 36", 24" and 4" flange well assembly retrofitted with 6 gate valves and reduced to 2 inch production lines. Pressure readings on the dual pen data logger showing 300 psi/25 psi. Site also contained brine release float, seperator, heating unit and brine tank. The status of the valves were located in the on position. No signs of gas leakage occuring around the well. At the time of the inspection, no IW discharge or E&S issues. Brine tank was 1/4 filled. |
