One well was drilled on the pad. Rig had been removed. BMPs in place. A rock lined ditch and sediment trap were being installed on far slope (north) of pad. This will eleviate the erosion issues on this side of the pad. All changes should be red marked on the e&s plan. All other BMPs were in place and appeared to be working properly. Three potential spills were spotted on the pad. One appeared to be an oil based mud. Two others appeared to be a fuel sourec, possibly diesel. These areas need to be exavated, and removed. Spoke to Mike Cribbs (WPX). Water quality specialist Rich Thomas was present during inpection. No violations noted at this time. |
