-122042275 2013-11-18 Well is equipped for production with a pumping unit and gas engine. It has been pumped recently. The tank battery consists of 1 100 barrel tank with a knock out on top of it. It is shared with permit number 6-6108. A piece of white PVC is plumbed into the knockout and runs outside of the dike and is reduced to 1 in black plastic line, and from there runs over the hill. The end of that line is open. I spoke with Mrs. Rinard, who owns the well and told her that she wasn't allowed to do this. She agreed to my terms and will be making provisions to have brine hauled. We spoke via cell phone on 11/19/13 at 8:42 AM.
1485941523 2014-03-10 The production tank associated with this well still has a line going down to the creek. No attempt has been made to correct this. I will contact Mr. Larry Martin, since he has been doing the work on this well, and set up a time where I can test the water with Quantabs to see what the chloride content is.
1741152010 2015-01-29 Upon inspection, it was observed that the brine knockout tank has been removed from the production tank and the brine disposal lines leading to the creek have been cut. The well is now directly plumbed into the production tank and the brine is being hauled away. There is legible and correct ID information at the tank, which is shared with P#66108. The notice for illegal brine disposal dated 11-19-2013 can be closed out.
667650508 2013-11-18 My inspection this day with Andy Thomas to show him the Susan Rinard wells, as requested by Columbus.
