Pits need pumped down less than 6 inches from the north end of pit. Cement dropped in 8.625 pipe, couldn't see top of cement. Plug will need topped off.
1236965981 2009-03-10 Pits have been filled and closed. A section of silt fence has been knocked down south of location. Section is where the main flow of off site drainage flows. Called operator to repair silt fence. Drainage was cloudy brown. Lease road is stable. Safety fence was still in place.

Weather conditions were Blizzard like. Operator was off two joints or 60'. 200' plug set at the bottom of surface pipe, 150' plug set at surface, cement returned to surface. Clinton and Lime plug are in the correct position. Plugs set threw drill pipe.
-96786269 2009-11-02 Site has been graded, seeded and vegetation is established. Lease road and gate remain. I've spoken to operator, landowner wants lease road to remain. I requested a waiver be submitted by the company. Once waiver is in, reclamation will be approved.
