1331901447 2012-03-15 Spoke with Mr. Jim Kilbarger about this well. Due to inclement weather conditions he hadn't been able to put a service rig on the lease. An extension was granted.
1411399590 2014-09-22 Kilbarger has moved a service rig on the well. They will be setting the bottom plug on 09/23/14.
1412015350 2014-09-29 The well has been plugged with clay. Clay was placed to surface. I have requested Kilbarger leave the casing open for one week to allow for settlement.
-1482693102 2014-09-23 30 sack bottom hole plug set by Formation Cementing. The casing was shot off by Appalachian Well Service. The remainder of the well will be plugged with clay.
1487571010 2012-02-09 FOLLOW UP TO NOV # -235402298 An inspection conducted with Inspector Kip Thompson revealed that the well is equipped for production. The identification tag states the wrong permit number. It identifies the well as permit number 3201. There is oxidation on the polish rod, and the gas lines are severed at the tank battery. The tank battery consists of 3 100 barrel, and 1 210 barrel tanks. There is a 2 foot by 8 foot hole in the 210 barrel tank. The tank battery is shared with the two other wells on the property (permit numbers 3166, and 3201). Production records for this well state that the well has produced nothing since the year 2001. The well needs to be put in production, plugged, or placed in temporary inactive status.
1910201642 2013-01-14 Well has recently been pumped. This was noted due to the fact that the polish rod was clean and free of oxidation. No changes have been made at the tank battery. The two 100 barrel tanks were full of fluid. The 210 barrel tank and the knockout on top of it are not being used due to a large hole in the side of the 210 barrel tank. Good identification was observed. No pollution and contamination was observed.
1984060330 2012-12-11 Access gate for lease road was shut, locked and falling apart. I chose not to access these wells for fear of getting the blame for the broken gate.
2003390250 2005-12-15 Checked AD for Columbus, AD not being used.
-2009626333 2012-06-11 Spoke with Mr. Dan Resling in person, and he stated that the service work had been completed on this well.

-302504385 2012-02-27 No activity at the time of inspection. Spoke with Mr. Jim Kilbarger on the phone and he said that he planned on having a service rig on the lease as early as next week.
452765993 2015-06-11 On my inspection I found that the location had been restored according to 1509.072. I passed the final restoration at this time. Vegetation has been established and no production equipment exists at the site.
-683368040 2012-08-29 There was no change from last inspection. Spoke with Jim Kilbarger in person. He stated that he had a couple wells to plug and would have a rig back out on the lease after that.
