1249998198 2009-08-11 Well being plugged by Ron Gibson. Well cleaned out to depth 1234 feet. Ran 1 1/2 inch tubing to near bottom of well. Wellhead control in place. Circulated fluids to plastic lined pit. Approximately 20-25 barrels of oil circulated from well. Gas also noted. Oil pumped from pit to tanker (Roger Frantz) before further circulation. Cement supplied by Formation Cementing from Zanesville. Cement pumped into well in 3 stages and fluids circulated to pit. Cement circulated to surface. Fluids were pumped from pit to tanker by Frantz. Pit was partially backfilled by developer to squeeze remaining fluid in liner. Remaining fluids will be removed as well as plastic liner in pit. Site is being developed for government housing project.
1250169555 2009-08-12 Cement set up at 19 feet below ground elevation from plug on 8/11/09. Bag cement was hand mixed and added to well to bring cement to surface where well was cut off 5 feet below ground elevation. ID plate attached to well. A plastic PVC pipe was temporarily placed over the well to backfill the pit. The well will be located under the asphalt road entering the housing development. A vault and manhole cover will be placed over the well when the road is constructed. The remaining fluids in the pit liner were solidified and removed along with the plastic pit liner. The pit was backfilled. Since this area will be part of the housing development, no further restoration is required.
1347159953 2003-11-12 Inspect Well. Well added to RBDMS. Located in middle of brush area. 8 inch casing, 7 inch casing with well head. Tubing pulled, remnants of old wooden pump jack are present. Somebody excavated about 2.5 feet below original grade around well casing.
