1005178852 2014-06-30 On the day of my inspection I found that Gene Matheny had pulled all 485' of the 8.625 casing and set a pre-cast cement plug on the 8 seat at 485'. Matheny then washed approximately 5 tons of clay down the well filling it to surface. They shut down for the day to let the clay settle.
-1256614409 2014-07-02 On the day of my inspection I found that Gene Matheny washed another two tons of clay down the well to fill it to surface. They cut the casing off approximately 36 below grade and capped it with a steel plate inscribed with the permit number.
1403630735 2014-06-23 Gene Matheny reported that they washed another 3 tons of clay down the well and started pulling 5.5 casing.
23972152 2014-06-20 Gene Matheny reported that he washed 2 tons of clay down the 5.5 casing and ripped the casing at 2713'.
-976406748 2014-06-24 On the day of my inspection Gene Matheny pulled the remaining 5.5 casing from the well. Then they set a pre-cast cement plug at 860' and washed 5 tons of clay down the well.
