The well is equipped with a main valve, side valve and a 3.00 line plumbed underground directly to the storage well lift line. The well is properly tagged and is identified with a clear, legible well identification sign. No violations found. | ||||
| 1283352388 | 2010-09-01 | Called by Dave reynolds of Columbia Gas Transmission to report H2S in annular space between 5.5 and 8.625 casings. He advised his meter reading was 15 ppm H2S on 8-31-2010. I tested annulus and my meter reading is 42 % lel and 0 ppm H2S. The annular space has been shut in and it has opened to rehabilitate the surface casing. I advised it is bacteria causing H2S reading and not formation gas. The H2S has dimminished after exposing to atmosphere. Sun, 85 degrees. | ||||
