1137011862 2006-01-11 Requested by Sherry Young to inspect well. Well is in production. Pump jack, rods, and tubing. 100 barrel tank and separator in battery. Well is located inside Medina County Park District. Land was donated to the park system by Raymond Firestone. Landogs LLC is operating the well. No violations at well or tank battery. Landogs LLC are operationg other wells inside park. Spoke with Park rangers about well operations.
-1604115304 2013-05-22 The well is equipped with a pump jack, rods and tubing. The well is fenced, ID posted. ID posted at the tank battery.
-1691393594 2014-07-11 Inspected production well on 07/11/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-1,350 gal plastic tank, and 1-vertical separator within an earthen dike. The diked area is located within a locked metal fence, which are shared with the tank battery for the Firestone #7 well. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor located within a locked metal fence. A small amount of paraffin was noted in the area immediately around the wellhead that will need cleaned up. Dave, Landmark 4, LLC's pumper was notified of this issue and will address it as soon as possible. Well identification is clearly displayed at both the tank battery and the wellhead. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
