Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1401837529 2014-06-03 I was on location to witness Robinson Contractors set a bottom hole Keener sand plug. They tagged the bottom of the hole at 1506' then washed 2 tons of clay to bottom using a mixer. They will return tomorrow to tag the top of clay then resume filling the rest of the hole.
-1536774197 2007-05-25 This well with jack is capable of producing, but is not and has not in long time. Good ID's at well.
-1900089955 2005-01-18 Inspection this day found well with rods and tubing but no jack, not capable of producing, GPS reading so poor that shouldn't use but all I could get. I believe the well goes with this number but not certain. Sits part-way up the grade on edge a draw on north side of well. As look over, see another old well with scissor jack just across the draw or valley. Don't believe that well is on the map but will have to go back another time to GPS. Anyway, this well not capable, no ID's, tank coordinates go to tank in creek bottom that must be ship tank. It has no ID's. Needs NOV
-1931117024 2007-08-08 Re-inspect this day in hopes of getting better GPS reading and maybe finding Harrington well, shown as producer on map. New owner, Jim Williams, alreadys has his ID's up, well should be going in next month, tanks will be moved.
341382103 2010-09-02 Inspection this day found well with rods, tubing, jack have been removed and dozer working on location so service rig can work on it. This well is plotting far away on the 3-D topo map, not sure why but new entry is correct location. Well will be going with ID's in next 2 weeks.
