1015035946 2014-04-14 I performed an administrative inspection in reference to Compliance #1382375843. My inspection of our database found Energy Exploration has failed to file for a plugging permit. I called the office of Energy Exploration and left a message. I instructed Energy Exploration to immediately file for a plugging permit. Phone Call
1382375843 2013-10-21 My inspection found the well not in production. The well had a closed ball valve and capped at the 4.5 casing. There was a 4 white PVC pipe sitting over the well marking the location in the field. I notice no production equipment associated with the well. Energy Exploration has filed zero annual production since 2001. I called John Ross at 330-637-4955 and left a message. I told John a compliance notice would be issue to plug, produce, or file for temporary inactive status by 4/4/2014.
1398171636 2014-04-22 I was on location to perform a follow-up inspection in reference to Compliance #1382375843. My inspection found the well not in production. There was a 6 piece of PVC pipe marking the well's location. I contacted ODNR in Columbus on 4/21/2014 and found that Energy Exploration had not filed for a plugging permit. I took photos of the well. There was no production equipment associated with the well.
70034121 2014-05-16 I performed a follow-up administrative inspection in reference to compliance notice #1382375843. On 5/2/2014, I spoke with John Ross concerning the well. I instructed John to file for a plugging permit immediately. I will continue follow-up inspections.
