1372441406 | 2013-10-06 | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 20 inch conductor casing. My inspection revealed that Express Energy Services has drilled a 26 inch hole to a total depth of 120 feet and ran 20 inch conductor casing to a depth of 120 feet. Allied cemented the casing with 236 sacks of ClassA cement (2% CaCl and 1/2 pound per sack floseal). The cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.18 cubic feet per sack, and they used 5.2 gallons of mix water per sack. Allied pumped 52 barrels of cement slurry, pumped 39 barrels of freshwater displacement, and there was 11 barrels of good cement returns to surface. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. | ||||
245728129 | 2015-01-13 | I was on location to conduct a status check of this well. The well is open flow with a wellhead tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The tank battery consisted of 6, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. A windsock was installed on the top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of: |
