INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
-173373560 2015-01-05 Nicks Well Plugging ripped casing at 3820' and pulled the casing out of the hole. Nicks ran tubing back to 3820' in preparation for spotting the lime plug.
1740620732 2014-12-30 My inspection today finds Nicks Well Plugging is preparing to plug the well. Specialized Safety Services detected H2S present at a concentration of 100 parts per million. Nicks then pumped 40 barrels of fresh water which loaded the hole to surface and stopped all gas flow. The service rig then ran tubing to a depth of 5195'.
-1834014073 2014-12-31 I am onsite to witness plugging operations. Nicks Well Plugging (NWP) ran 5195' of 2.375 tubing inside of the 4.5 casing. Nicks then pumped a 30 sack class A plug covering 400'. NWP then pulled out the tubing and ripped the casing off at 3820'.
