-1958579004 | 2012-02-28 | An inspection of the well and related tank battery was conducted with Mr. Rodney Davidson, a pumper for an alleged well owner, Ms. Patty Dean. At this time, Ms. Dean is not a registered well owner with the Division. During the inspection, it was noted that this Clinton well contained rods and tubing with no pumping unit. The visible casing consisted of 8, and 5.5. The casing side of the well contained a production line for house gas. The tank battery contained an earthen dike and consisted of (3) 100 bbl tanks, but only 2 out of 3 were being used. When facing the tanks, the (1) 100bbl on right side is for three wells (Grace Davidson and Hornyak wells). On the left side, (1) 100bbl for John Davidson and Russell Miser wells. Brine can be transferred to a separate earthen dike containing (1) 100bbl (partially buried) saltwater tank and downhill to a horizontal tank approx 300 bbl. A GPS reading was obtained for the well and oil tank(s). Identification was not observed at the well or tank (Explained this requirement to Mr. Davidson in the field). The well locations were researched and verified with Central Office. This case will be referred to West Region Oil & Gas Supervisor, Mr. Will Ziegler. |
