1363532675 2013-03-15 I was on location for the cementing of the conductor casing. The permit number and the emergency information were posted at the entry of the lease road. The pad was surrounded by a chain link fence with a main gate. The lease road was stable and drainage controls were in place. The topsoil had been piled at the south end of the pad. The soil was seeded and was covered in straw to prevent any soil from washing away. The permit for the well was posted inside the company trailer. Express Energy Services drilled a 26 diameter hole to 117'. Express installed 117' of 94lb, 20 OD casing. During drilling, the driller found that all the material was saturated with water and could not give me a precise depth as to where the water was coming from. O-Tex was the cementing contractor. Circulation was established. The cement was mudscaled at 15.6 pounds per gallon (ppg). O-Tex pumped 66 bbls of cement slurry at 15.6 ppg. The cement was displaced with 38 bbls of water. Cement returns to surface were observed. An estimated 25 bbls of cement returned to surface. Displacement was completed at 2:00pm.
-1659405670 2013-03-13 I was at the site to check the progress on the conductor drilling operation. Express Drilling was on location and in the process of drilling the conductor hole for the Briceland Trust 8H. Once the 8H conductor hole was completed and casing installed, then the rig would move to the 5H and begin the conductor hole.
-2110591226 2013-03-26 I went to the site and had a pre-spud meeting with drilling consultant Derek Dupuis.
296019430 2013-04-09 I was at the site checking the drilling progress. I met with Kris Gonzales, the drilling consultant. The rig was at drilling at 6415
-386437216 2014-12-11 I was onsite to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. There are a total of two wells on the pad. Access road entry is on east side of Meister Road approximately 0.43 miles south of Summitville Road. There is a sign board at the entrance featuring the well names, permit numbers and emergency contact information. There is a padlocked gate at the entrance of the access road. The access road is in good repair, and drainage and erosion controls are in place. Ground cover is well established along the access road. I found the drilling/production pad to be enclosed entirely with a chain link fence with barbed wire at the top, and with a padlocked gate. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The well is constructed with a
-539156511 2013-04-17 I went to the site to witness the cementing of the production casing. The drilling contractor, Nomac 74, drilled an 8.75 diameter hole from beneath the base of the intermediate casing at 1513
68499863 2012-12-11 I went to the site and conducted a pre-construction site inspection with Brett Bell, Chesapeake Field Representative.
-919377905 2013-04-02 I went to the site to witness the cementing of the surface casing. The drilling contractor, Nomac 74, spudded the well on 04/01/2013. The 17.50' diameter surface hole was drilled to 805
-957691495 2103-04-05 I went to the site to witness the cementing of the intermediate casing. The drilling contractor, Nomac 74, drilled a 12.25 diameter hole to 1515
