| -1602012497 | 2014-06-10 | I inspected the location of the former well for final restoration. The well was completed on 06/18/1956 and plugged and abandoned on 09/28/1991. A plugging report was filed with ODNR. The area of the former well is located within a current multi-home residential development. No evidence remains of the former producing unit, associated appurtenances, or lease road. Pits and other features have been filled and regraded. The requirements for final restoration have been met. |
