Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1371579797 2013-01-09 Inspection this day due to request by landowner, Roger Graham, to place this well into the orphan well program. Records show that the well was plugged in 1942, upon completion of drilling and that casing pulled except for the outer, 8.5 casing still standing above ground. Well has a 8 x 2 swedge on it and is shut in. Landowner says someone told him well was plugged and when checked, plugging material was about 60' down. This well needs filled to surface with cement and the casing dug out around, cut off and covered back up, seeded and mulched to remove surface equipment. Well is located 10-15' above the edge of a large pond and 30' from the edge of Graham Rd. SEM is 108, Pictures taken.

-841495616 2013-01-09 While covering a plug job for the Washington county Inspector the landowner asked me to check on a well by the road on the front side of his property. He was interested in having the well placed into the orphan program to have it plugged. 10 casing was found sticking up out of the ground. The location position was noted and compared to RBDMS records. The likely API number is 34.167.2.0239, the Graham #1. Records show this well to be plugged. The landowner recalls someone telling him there was a plug 60 feet down.
