1360158206 2013-02-05 I inspected Columbia Gas Transmission storage well #8108 today. The well is located in the Wellington Storage Field, Lagrange Township, Lorain County, Ohio. The well is equipped with a main valve, side valve with a 2.00 line to a separator. There is a 2.00 line out of the separator to the drip tank. There is a 1.00 line out from the drip tank to a 100 BBL storage tank. All lids and hatches on the storage tank are closed and are secured with locks. The well is properly tagged and identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign mounted to the drip tank. No violations found.
1558220800 2014-02-03 Performed annual inspection for Columbia Gas Storage Well# 8108 on 02/03/2014. Well is equipped with a drip tank, production unit, and 1-100 bbl steel tank within an earthen dike. Well identification is clearly displayed. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
965108015 2015-02-25 Performed annual inspection for Columbia Gas Storage Well #8108 on 02/25/2015. The well is equipped with a wellhead, a drip tank, 1-horizontal separator, and 1-100 bbl steel tank located within an earthen dike. Well identification is clearly displayed. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
