Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID
1827120 2009-09-10 Violation(s) Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Below grade pit located onsite. Pit contained drill cuttings and some drilling fluids. Pit had more than the two feet of required freeboard. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Noted that the filter fabric fence placed onsite had not been installed properly. The stakes had been pounded into the ground, however the fencing itself was not trenched in and was left on the surface of the ground. Installed in this manner the filter fabric fence will not function as an effective sediment barrier. 571226
