1834958 2009-10-09 No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 12/27/06. Well appeared to be equipped for & in production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. It appeared that there had been recent work performed in relation to the pipeline leaving the well-site. The majority of the well-pad required temporary erosion controls until final restoration of the site can be completed in the spring. The remainder of the site which had not been disturbed during the pipeline work met the70% uniform coverage criteria.
1972708 2011-05-13 No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 12/27/06. Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Observed no accelerated erosion or sedimentation related to the well-site or access road. Did note that the access road required routine maintenance to insure the continued fucntionality of the erosion controls and passability of the road.
