Based on reported coordinates department was able to locate well site , but unable to locate erected monument as described on plugging report; therefore, I requested the aid of OGI Rick Hoover to further investigated the location of plugged well. It appears that well pad has been restored and adequately vegetated no accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues observed. As per WQS inspection requirements, there appears to be no violations with ES and/or restoration; therefore, I recommend bond release and/or removal of said well from bond.
