Access road is stable with no signs of accelerated erosion. Inspection revealed the following deficiencies: 1) Failure to minimize accelerated erosion/ failure to stabilize site. There is evidence of erosion (washed out area) running down the slope
of the site and through the silt fence that has collapsed on the down-slope side of the site. This area needs to be stabilized, and the silt
fence needs to be maintained until final stabilization is achieved.
2) Although this site was seeded/mulched it does not have 70% uniform, perennial vegetative cover, and is not stabilized in its present
condition. Entire site needs to be seeded/mulched.
